DEPOSIT INFORMATION
A $500 DEPOSIT is required to secure your camper a space. Half of the deposit, $250, is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE at registration. The remaining $250 of the deposit is refundable or transferable up to January 1, 2027. After January 1, 2027, the remaining $250 of the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE or NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Note that enrollment is based upon availability. Camp will process the deposit once availability is confirmed and camper is enrolled. Deposits will not be processed for campers placed on the waiting list.
CAMPER FAMILY DISCOUNTS
Camp Olympia gives a 5% sibling discount for each additional camper from the same family.
Camp Olympia gives a 50% discount for additional terms attended by the same camper in the same summer. Example: If a camper would like to attend two terms for the upcoming summer, the family would be billed full tuition for the first camp term and 50% of the tuition for the additional camp term. Â
TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
Tuition balance is due by April 1st, 2027 (if enrolled before this date). Registration after April 1st, 2027 will require full payment at time of enrollment once availability is confirmed.
Camp accepts tuition payments via ACH (eCheck), credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), check, cash and wire transfer. Please note that credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. Please contact our office for wire transfer instructions at 936-594-2541.
Camp offers several tuition billing preference options:
One-time Payment on April 1, 2027
3 Installments – December 1, February 1 and April 1, 2027
5 Installments – December 1, January 2, February 1, March 1 and April 1, 2027
You may choose to have your tuition payment setup to be automatically billed based on your tuition billing preference or have an invoice emailed to you in March prior to the April 1, 2027 tuition due date. Also, tuition payments may be made online via your parent account at any time or by contacting camp at 936-594-2541.
