Blige, Montina has built a career as a powerhouse vocalist, songwriter, and vocal producer. Personally chosen by Beyoncé to lead The Mamas for over a decade, her artistry spans legendary performances, major motion picture soundtracks, and celebrated vocal arrangements. She now extends her expertise through vocal coaching and artist development, shaping the next generation of stars.

Dustin McCulloch – Dedicated vocal coach based in Spring and Houston, TX, specializing in helping artists unlock their full vocal potential. As an associate teacher of renowned vocal coach Tom McKinney—whose students include Beyoncé, Demi Lovato, and Scott Hoying—Dustin brings elite-level training to his students. Trained in Speech Level Singing, he focuses on developing power, boldness, and vocal comfort. As the founder of DM Music Studios, he is passionate about guiding musicians to refine their craft, elevate their performances, and confidently share their music with the world.

Austin & Dallas Burkhalter – Directors behind SpringStock Music Fest, one of Houston’s biggest music festivals, and collaborators on many other live music events. They are personally invested in helping fellow musicians grow their careers through live performance, local connections, media, marketing, and mentorship.

Charlie Perez – one of Houston’s leading music bookers and cultural curators, serving as Entertainment Director for the Bayou City Art Festival, where he programs performances that spotlight the city’s vibrant artistic community. His role places him at the center of Houston’s cultural scene, shaping the way local and visiting audiences experience the city’s diverse sounds.

Camp Olympia blends over 50 years of camping excellence with a commitment to individualized adventure and character development.  Participants will experience “camp life” by sleeping in air-conditioned cabins with staff.  During breaks from songwriting sessions, participants will get to experience FUN Camp Olympia activities, such as archery and rockwall climbing.
