2025 Parent Packet

This summer at Camp Olympia is a GAMECHANGER!  We are excited for you to join us here, but before all the fun can begin, we have some required forms to complete.

Campers attending Terms 1, 2, 2B, 3, 3B, and 4, please review this Parent Packet to prepare for camp and learn about all necessary forms and their due dates.  

SPARK and CLP campers will have their own, separate packet.

In order for your camper to receive his/her cabin assignment, we must have his/her full tuition and all required forms on file.

Tuition payment will be due April 4, 2025.
