It is TIME for YOU to make YOUR activity choices for the summer!  Once again this year, you have the option of submitting your activity choices online or you can mail or fax them in.  If you submit your choices by April 1, 2010, we will add 25 merits to your record!  So hurry... get those choices in!

 

In order to complete your activity choices online, PARENTS & CAMPER MUST READ and AGREE TO the 2010 Camp Olympia Activity Brochure.  It has been mailed to you, along with all of the other necessary forms in "The Packet" and is also available by clicking here. 

 

 

  2.  You must login to your online CampMinder account.  Click here to go to the login screen. 
       (There is a link to "Retrieve Password" if you have forgotten your password.) 

 

  3.  Once logged in to your account, select the option for Forms & Documents under the Forms    Dashboard heading.

 

  4. Click Activity Preferences for your camper. 

 

  5.  On the Activity Preferences page, you will see all of Olympia's activities in a list on the left.  Please RANK 15 activities by selecting your favorite activities on the left and "moving" them to the right by clicking the arrow > button.  (Please note that the activity listed at the top will be considered your top choice and the activity listed last will be your lowest choice.)

 

  6.  When you are finished making your selections, click the button, SAVE PREFERENCES, at the bottom of the page.  Note: You will be able to submit your activity preferences only once.  If you need to make any changes to what has already been submitted, please contact camp via email at campinfo@campolympia.com or phone at 936.594.2541 or 1.800.735.6190.
